Melissa Ryan

Melissa holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. She is passionate about helping others realize and work out of their strengths and connect with their deeper purpose. Her experience in the private and public sector with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership has given her an understanding of how difficult that first jump into management can be and the importance of self-reflection and being intentional.  She has coached clients in the public sector, not-for-profit sector as well as clients transitioning into entrepreneurship. 

Her clients have described her style as warm, intuitive, supportive and infused with lightheartedness and humour. At the same time, she isn’t afraid to challenge and help her clients stay accountable to their desired goals and dreams.  She believes in the potential of others and uses her natural gifts and coaching skills to help others see this in themselves.
