Individual Coaching
Individual coaching offers the greatest flexibility by:
focusing specifically on topics of your choosing (eg. leadership, conflict, communication, imposter moments, etc.)
offering more flexibility around frequency of engagement (i.e., number of sessions, how frequently to meet, etc.)
Individual coaching provides the framework to facilitate focused self-discovery of the client. It helps to gain a view of your unique situation from 10,000 ft, zooming out to get a broad perspective, then zooming back in with new insights.
In individual coaching we bring your values, needs, wants and desires to the surface, uncovering what is most important, so that you can determine personalized actions to get better results. Insights gained from self-reflection with a professional coach is much more powerful and enduring then receiving advice from a mentor, an expert, a friend or family member.
